Transform through connection
Rediscover what it means to feel truly alive —
with yourself, with others, and with life.
Rediscover what it means to feel truly alive —
with yourself, with others, and with life.
Healing and growth begin in real contact.
I offer you a therapeutic space where you are invited to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with what really matters. I help you to explore what stands between you and the life you want — opening paths toward grounding, authenticity, and meaningful change.
Individual Therapy (English / Spanish)
Therapy offers a safe space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening inside, and find new ways to meet life’s challenges. Together, we can explore what’s feeling difficult right now; whether it’s:
My goal is to help you gain insight, discover new possibilities, and strengthen the inner resources that support a more balanced and authentic life.
Group-based psychotherapy (English/Spanish)
Group sessions offer a supportive space to:
The aim of group therapy is to foster relational awareness, experience new choices in relationships and gain collective support.
I offer online sessions for those who are unable to attend in-person or prefer the convenience of virtual therapy.
Our sessions are conducted securely and confidentially.
Hands-on workshops for companies and organizations focused on wellbeing and personal growth.
Through interactive, mind-body, and relational exercises, participants explore themes like stress management, emotional awareness, healthy boundaries, and authentic connection.
Each workshop provides practical tools, shared learning, and a supportive space to foster resilience, creativity, and a greater sense of belonging.
I am a Spanish and Andalusian woman who experiences life deeply. I’ve walked through pain, uncertainty, and the longing to reconnect with wholeness.
I’ve walked my own path of healing — living with multiple sclerosis, moving through trauma, and learning to recover from burnout. These experiences have shaped how I understand resilience, self-compassion, and what it truly means to care for ourselves in real, everyday ways. Living far from home has also taught me a lot about belonging and connection — and how we can find a sense of home within ourselves, even when life feels uncertain.
But what transformed these experiences was not strength alone, but the healing power of being truly seen — met with compassion, honesty, and curiosity. Through authentic relationships, I learned to trust my inner ground, awaken creativity, and live from a place of truth.
I feel most alive when moving, creating, laughing, sailing under open skies, or sharing heartfelt moments with others.
Life, to me, is a continuous dance between depth and light.
I bring over a decade of experience at the crossroads of mental health care, multi-disciplinary research, and psychotherapy.
My path began as a mental health nurse in acute psychiatric care, later guiding future professionals as a mentor and senior lecturer through the realm of Public Mental Health and Community Psychology. I hold an MSc and PhD focused on Mental Health Promotion and I have volunteered for over ten years with various organizations in public health, children’s services, and community mental health, gaining hands-on experience in community support and advocacy.
Now based in Copenhagen, I am completing my certification as a Clinical Psychotherapist and Organizational Consultant at the Gestalt Institute of Scandinavia, while working as a Marie Curie postdoctoral fellow in Organizational Psychology and Occupational Health (University of Copenhagen).
These experiences have shaped my understanding of how relationships, community, and everyday life conditions influence our health and well-being.
I bring together science and presence — integrating evidence-based insight, relational depth, and embodied wisdom. My work is grounded in Gestalt methodology and enriched by approaches such as Psychodynamic, Cognitive-behavioral, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic or polyvagal-informed practices.
Drawing from both clinical experience and my own personal journey with mind–body integration, I see therapy as a dynamic, moment-to-moment process rather than a one-size-fits-all method.
In a safe and attuned space, you can explore with me challenges and strengths, restore balance, and nurture authentic self-expression — supporting you to live with greater awareness, freedom, and connection.
