Therapy offers a safe space to make sense of what’s happening inside, and find new ways to meet life’s challenges.  Together, we can explore what’s feeling difficult right now; whether it’s:

  • Experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout, shame, or living with a chronic condition,
  • Navigating loss, change, or feeling disconnected or alone. 
  • Questions of identity, belonging, and cultural adaptation that shape how you relate to yourself and others.


My goal is to help you gain insight, discover new possibilities, and strengthen the inner resources that support a more balanced and authentic life.
